Wie jede komplexe Software, so kann auch emoTouch gelegentlich ein fehlerhaftes oder unerwartetes Verhalten zeigen. Dies tritt oft nur unter bestimmten, seltenen oder ungewöhnlichen Nutzungsbedingungen auf, die wir bei Erstellung er Software so nicht vorhergesehen haben. Je nach Art des konkreten Projekts mit emoTouch können solche Fehler unter Umständen für die Arbeit jedoch sehr lästig oder hinderlich sein. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Falls uns derartige Fehler (‚Bugs‘) auffallen oder von den Nutzern gemeldet werden, versuchen wir diese möglichst zeitnah in einem der nächsten Updates zu beseitigen. Dies kann je nach Komplexität und Dringlichkeit des Problems jedoch auch einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.  &lt;br /&gt;
Diese Seite listet bekannte Probleme und Fehler auf, die unter bestimmten Bedingungen bei der Arbeit mit emoTouch auftreten können und die bislang noch nicht durch ein Update beseitigt werden konnten. Ausserdem ist jeweils angegeben, wie das Problem vermieden, umgangen oder gelöst werden kann. &lt;br /&gt;

= Part-Editor: Nach dem Ausloggen sind Änderungen verschwunden = &lt;br /&gt;

Im Part-Editor vorgenommene Änderungen werden nicht gespeichert und sind beim nächsten Einloggen verschwunden. &lt;br /&gt;

=== Ursache ===&lt;br /&gt;
Das Problem tritt auf, wenn man im Editor Änderungen vornimmt und sich dann VOR einem Klick auf den Speichern-Knopf aus emoTouch ausloggt. Man sieht dann zwar eine Warnung ‚Ungespeicherte Änderungen‘ und kann auch auf ’Speichern’ klicken, dies führt aber zu einem ‚HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized‘-Error. Die vorgenommenen Änderungen werden nicht gespeichert. &lt;br /&gt;

Klicken Sie einmal auf ‚Speichern‘, bevor Sie emoTouch verlassen oder das Browserfenster schließen. Es gibt zudem keine Notwendigkeit, sich beim Verlassen von emoTouch aktiv aus dem System auszuloggen.&lt;br /&gt;
