Under this tab within a study, all users assigned to the study are listed. The "Add colleague" button allows you to invite another manager to your study, provided you have already sent or accepted a request via the "Collaboration" tab on the website. Persons who have connected to collaborate can freely add each other to studies and thus grant the other party full editing rights.
