Participant Interface (PI) The user interface through which participants can go through a project.
Performance Any form of situation that can be captured with emoTouch. Performances can take place in real time or via recorded media. For example, it can be a musical performance, a political speech, or a television commercial.
Project Live Project Requires live control by the manager.

Realization The actual conduction of the project. Usually, a realization contains information such as its timing or the number of participants.

A project can be conducted multiple times, resulting in multiple realizations.

Session A session is created when a participant goes through the project. Thus, the execution of a project consists of several sessions each. Typically, a session contains information such as the device used.
Sync-Offset The latency that occurs during communication between the user´s device and the server is automatically measured and compensated for.
