The manager actively controls the individual parts during the execution, which then become visible to the participants. Navigation by the participants within the project is only possible to a limited extent. |
Playback Project | Especially suitable for laboratory and remote settings. The project does not have to be controlled live, as the participants can navigate through the project themselves. The paths and conditions of this navigation have to be defined beforehand by the manager in the RI.
Part | A section of a project, comparable to presentation slides. A part provides an interactive surface on which data can be collected, information presented or media played. Realization | The actual conduction of the project. Usually, a realization contains information such as its timing or the number of participants.
A project can be conducted multiple times, resulting in multiple realizations.
Session | A session is created when a participant goes through the project. Thus, the execution of a project consists of several sessions each. Typically, a session contains information such as the device used.
Sync-Offset | The latency that occurs during communication between the user´s device and the server is automatically measured and compensated for. The offset that can occur as a result is displayed in the session info, but is already automatically corrected in the export. This means that the exported timestamps are directly comparable. |
